A manager from the inn on Pleasant Street called to report a guest left without paying at 11:26 a.m. on Tuesday. She stated she attempted to contact the guest but the phone was disconnected.
A caller reported tour buses parked in the reserved voter spots on Washington Street at 11:34 a.m. on Tuesday. She stated she would like the buses moved along.
A caller reported she witnessed two males climb through a back window and enter a residence on Humphrey Street at 12:19 p.m. on Tuesday. She stated both individuals were inside the house for five minutes then walked out the front door and witnessed them get into a black SUV. Responding officers spoke with the homeowner and found out the men were house painters and were authorized to be there.
A caller reported an old man with a cane standing at Pleasant Street and Bubier Road, trying to hitchhike at 4:13 p.m. on Tuesday. Responding officers located the man who said he was just waiting for the bus.
A caller reported there was a man at her door, on Hines Court, knocking. Responding officers arrived and spoke to the caller, who described the man as tall, white, and in his 20s. She stated he did not try to gain entry.

Ricky Canela, 22, of 3 Oak St., was arrested on Wednesday at 12:43 a.m. following a traffic stop at Central Street and 2 Pulaski St. after a report of a man sleeping in a white sedan that is running in the road. Officer reports the man is awake and he was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and possessing an open container of alcohol. Vehicle was towed by Mallia’s Towing. During the booking process, Canela-Vicioso passed the breathalyzer test and was promptly released.
Denise Wood, 56, of 5 Fulton St., Apt. 2 was arrested on Wednesday at 4:53 a.m. on a warrant and charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug.
Robert F. Dennehy, 56, of 21 Bowditch St., was arrested on Wednesday at 4:53 a.m. on a warrant and charged with possession to distribute a Class B drug.
