Complaints
The department received an email from a resident at 2:39 p.m. on Wednesday that stated they saw a white BMW driving slowly down Sevinor Road and taking photos of some of the houses. The resident stated they thought it was strange.
A walk-in reported at 3:25 p.m. on Wednesday that her son-in-law has been receiving emails saying he owes money for a mortgage and credit cards.
A walk-in reported at 5:02 p.m. on Wednesday that she keeps finding screws and nails in her driveway but no work is being done on her house to cause it. She stated she believes it may be a neighbor whom she is having ongoing issues with. She stated she has a “ring” camera but it doesn’t show the driveway.
An officer was flagged down by a resident on Pleasant Street at 5:05 p.m. on Wednesday by a person who could not find where she parked her car. The person’s daughter was on scene also assisting, using a GPS tracker. The car was reported as located at CVS Pharmacy.
A caller reported that he was followed since the Lynnway Rotary by a white Lexus that he inadvertently cut off. He stated the vehicle went through red lights, sped up, and was circling around trying to find him as he went up and down side streets and dead ends. Officers stated it was regarding a road rage incident that occurred in Lynn.
A walk-in reported at 8:57 p.m. on Wednesday that he is having an ongoing issue with the tenant upstairs. He stated about a year ago he knocked on the door because she has two sons and one of them is very loud. He stated he asked her to keep the noise down and he found his car covered in soda right after, and he suspected one of the sons. He stated he went to the door and spoke to them on Saturday and again found his new car covered in soda. Responding officers spoke with both parties.
