MARBLEHEAD — Marblehead Police are seeking information about a driver who reportedly approached a young boy in the area of Stramski Park. 

Police Chief Robert Picariello reported the station received a call around 4:50 p.m. Thursday from a man who stated another man had approached his 11-year-old son while he was with friends in the park that afternoon. 

The man was reported to have been driving a large black pickup truck. 

Picariello emphasized the individual is not wanted by police at this time, but that officers are looking to identify him. 

The incident remains under investigation. Anyone with information or who may have been in the area of Stramski Park around the time of the incident is asked to contact Marblehead Police Department at (781) 631-1212.
