Andrea Velasco, 34, of 9 Manning Road, was arrested and charged with two counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and child aged 6-12 not wearing a seat belt at 4:59 p.m. Wednesday.
Freddy Velez, 31, of 41 Lawrence St., Haverhill, was arrested on a warrant and charged with three counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery, carrying a firearm without a license, discharging a firearm within 500 feet of a dwelling, unlicensed possession of ammo, and refusing to produce a DNA database sample at 11:33 a.m. Thursday.

Assaults
A report of an assault at 9:08 a.m. Wednesday on Broughton Road. A caller reported a kid had come by her apartment on Tuesday, banged on her door, and threw a ball at the back door. She said a similar incident had occurred on April 1. That time, she said bricks were thrown at her residence.
At 2:36 p.m. Wednesday, a Village Street resident said he had received a call from the school that his daughter had been assaulted for a third time. He said he wanted it documented.
Complaints
At 10:52 a.m. Wednesday, an Evans Road caller wanted to know if leaf blowers were banned because they were “annoying the hell out of her.”
A report of a disturbance at 6:41 p.m. Wednesday on Wyman Road. A caller reported a large fight at the playground was “getting heated.” A second caller reported the person involved was getting into a BMW SUV and leaving. The person was reportedly a father who was threatening others, including his child, and arguing with people. Police reported a verbal argument only.
At 7:39 p.m. Wednesday, a caller reported a group of kids behind the temple on Atlantic Avenue were “taking things out and throwing boards around.” A second caller said they were climbing on the roof and jumping on the dumpster. A third caller reported they were taking sections of fencing and swinging them at each other. Police reported the kids left with their guardians.
Theft
A report of a larceny/forgery/fraud at 3:57 p.m. Wednesday on Robert Road. A caller reported a debit card was used fraudulently, with 11 charges totaling more than $500.

A two-car crash with one car going off the road into a stone wall at 738 Lowell St. was reported at 4:57 p.m. Tuesday. The passengers were taken to Salem Hospital.
A car into a tree was reported at 12:10 a.m. Wednesday on Forest Street. One person was taken to Lahey Hospital.
Assaults
A report of an assault at 3:02 p.m. Wednesday at Brooksby Farm at 54 Felton St. A caller reported three people beat him up near the farm. Evan N. Voight, 18, of 44 Wright St., Stoneham; James Norman Osmond, 19, of 169B Thatcher Road, Apt. B, Rockport; and Lillian Faye Coman, 18, of 15 Fayette St., Beverly; were all issued summonses for the same charges: assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
Fire
A report of a brush fire at 11:21 p.m. Tuesday at 19 Styles Drive. Police reported the fire was knocked down before it approached the residences.
Overdose
A report of an overdose at 8:18 p.m. Tuesday at Tannery Apartments at 50 Warren St. An officer reported the person accidentally took too much of her nighttime prescription.

Theft
At 5:56 p.m. Wednesday, a manager at Honey Baked Ham Co. on Broadway reported an employee stole money out of the cash register last month and said she had footage of the incident. Officers were dispatched for more information.

A Lincoln House Avenue resident called at 9:30 p.m. Sunday to report that a man who was not a neighborhood resident was riding a bicycle through the area and looked like he was checking out houses.
At 8:04 a.m. Monday, a caller reported a man standing on Essex Street seemed to be taking video on his cellphone of children walking by to school.
A Stanley Road resident reported at 11:59 a.m. Monday that a group of approximately 20 underage youths were drinking alcohol in a backyard.

A caller reported at 5:24 p.m. Monday that she was at her mother’s house on Bay View Drive and was concerned about a possible scam from a group that was supposed to arrive at 5:30.
A payroll administrator at Family Doctors reported at 4:21 p.m. Wednesday that she believed she had received an email attempting to have her reroute an employee’s paycheck to a different bank account.
At 7:59 p.m. Wednesday, a report of a scam on Berkshire Street.
Theft
At 8:31 a.m. Saturday, a caller reported that he had locked his bike to a rail on Railroad Avenue and it was now missing.
A manager from Walgreens on Paradise Road reported at 5:12 p.m. Monday that a man had left the store after shoplifting several items.
A Whole Foods employee called at 11:23 a.m. Tuesday to report that a known shoplifter had loaded up a cart and was headed toward the front door.
A Loring Avenue resident reported at 12:40 p.m. Tuesday that movers had been in his apartment and had stolen several items.
