The Bishop Fenwick boys lacrosse team notched a big Catholic Central League win Tuesday, knocking off Bishop Feehan 11-8 at Donaldson Stadium.
Feehan had previously been unbeaten in league games this season, and the victory puts the Crusaders over .500 for the first time this season.
Aiden Anthony led the way with four goals while Anthony Sasso had two. Liam Hill had two goals and three assists. Ty Mullen had a goal and an assist, and Max Grenert and Connor Sturnolio both had one goal.
George Kostoslias had 10 saves while Liam Foley, Nick Wesley and Nick Sasso all played well defensively.
Fenwick (5-4) travels to Archbishop Williams Thursday (4).
BOYS LACROSSE
Peabody 11, Beverly 5
Keenan Madden had a team-high three goals in the win while Tristan Ell, Drew Lucas and Luke Buckley each had two. Anthony Bettencourt had one goal and three assists. Nick Salvati and Matty Bettencourt each had one goal. Cam Collins had one assist and Matt Pursell had one ground ball. Anthony Curcio was six-of-16 on faceoffs and Derek Patturelli had 14 saves.
Peabody hosts Winthrop Thursday (4).
Swampscott 9, Gloucester 4
Christian Pierro led the way for Swampscott with three goals. Jack Russo (one assist), Vinny Palmer (one assist and Jayson Codispoti each had two goals. Zach Pierce and Christian Urbano each added two assists. Aidan Breault had 10 saves.
Swampscott is at Bishop Fenwick Saturday (2).
St. Mary’s 12, Archbishop Williams 1
Goalie Daniel Domeniconi was the hero for the Spartans with an impressive 23 saves in the win.
St. Mary’s (7-3) is at Cardinal Spellman Wednesday (2:30).
Ipswich 9, Lynnfield 6
Drew Damiani led the way for Lynnfield in the close loss with three goals and two assists. Myles McKay had one goal and one assist while Will Steadman and Janse Sperling each had one goal
Lynnfield hosts Triton Thursday (3:45).
GIRLS LACROSSE
Archbishop Williams 13, St. Mary’s 12
Despite the loss, Hannah Coleman scored five goals for the Spartans. Molly Cummings had three goals while Makayla Mcgrath had two. Peyton Quirk had 17 saves.

Peabody 16, Beverly 2
Hailee Lomasney had a day to remember, notching her 200th career point with four goals and five assists in the win.
Amber Kiricoples scored seven goals. McKayla Fisher had two goals and three assists, Hailey Baker scored two goals and Katie Amico had one goal
Elise Staunton, Jordyn Collins, Emily McDonough, Sam Silva and Sophie Izzo led the defense. Goalkeeper Olivia Lavalle had six saves.
Peabody (7-3) is at Winthrop Thursday (4).
Swampscott 16, Gloucester 0
Broghan Laundry led the way with five goals and two assists while Scarlett Ciciotti had three goals. Coco Clopton and Sydney Bray each had two goals. Harper Clopton had one goal and five assists while Alice Michigan had one goal and three assists. Brooke Waters and Reese Robertson each had one goal.

Nate Stern had another solid outing for the Big Blue, throwing 4 and 1/3 innings and allowing one run on three hits. At the plate, Cam O’Brien, John Caponigro and Jonah Cadorette each had two RBI. Aiden Graciale scored three runs.

St. Mary’s 12, Archbishop Williams 1
Lily Newhall went the distance to get the win on the mound while Alyssa Grossi’s three-run double powered the Spartans’ offense.

Marblehead 4, Swampscott 1
Freshman Mika Garber beat junior Tate Greenfield in first singles (6-0, 6-0), senior co-captain Daniel Farfel beat Trevor Telebian in third singles (6-0, 6-0), juniors Kipp Schauder and Dwight Foster beat seniors Matt Griffin and Chris Hollenbach in first doubles (6-2, 2-6, 7-5) and senior Thomas Dack and junior Aidan Ryan beat Nick Custer and Colin Manucci in second doubles (6-2, 0-6, 6-2) to clinch the win for Marblehead.
Swampscott’s lone win came from Charles Schepens who topped Jack Donovan in second singles (6-2, 6-0).
Marblehead (6-1) is at Saugus (3:45).
Swampscott is at Beverly Friday (4).

The Magicians pulled out the tight road win thanks to a key win from Leah Saulnier and Ava Ullian in second doubles (6-1, 6-3), who remained unbeaten with the victory.

Lynnfield 4, Ipswich 1
Emma Gallucci got a big win in a marathon first singles match (4-6, 6-4, 10-7) while Ava Buonfiglio (6-0, 6-0) and Genna Gioioso (6-2, 6-2) dominated in second and third singles respectively. The doubles pair of Anna Radulski and Gabi Mellor rounded out the win (6-0, 6-1).
