LYNN — One person was killed in a motorcycle crash in the city Saturday afternoon, according to police.

The crash took place in the area of Walnut Street and Menlo Avenue around 2:40 p.m., officials said.

Lt. Rick Connick, a spokesman for the Lynn police, declined to provide additional information about the incident, citing an active investigation.
