Leavitt and Friends to feature two folk-music legends

PEABODY — Two folk-music legends will appear on Gary Leavitt’s radio show Tuesday.

Roger McGuinn, the former frontman of the Byrds, and Buddy Woodward, of the Kingston Trio, are set to join 95.9 WATD’s Gary Leavitt and Friends at 7 p.m.

Leavitt will also be giving away tickets to McGuinn’s show at Cabot Theatre on Sept. 9 and the Kingston Trio’s show at City Winery on Sept. 11.
