To the editor:

I am writing this letter to acknowledge the great service and hard work of the women at Maple Street Post Office. Julia, Kelly, and Angela are all equally efficient, polite, and exceptional with their customer service skills and knowledge. This is my favorite post office, and I have never been disappointed coming here for whatever reason it may entail. Other past workers such as Sue and Pat also delivered excellent service. I am very grateful in these times to have access to such service and feel many others feel the same as I do. I would just like to thank all of these women for their years of labor to have helped the citizens of Lynn and the surrounding communities. Hats off to all of you past and present, just sign me a satisfied customer who appreciates great people who know how to treat a human being the old-fashioned way — politeness goes a long way. Thank you girls! You’re all the best.
