Kasandra McGrath, 35, was arrested on the charges of two straight warrants and one default warrant and warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation, possession of drugs Class A, possession of drugs Class B and resisting arrest at 12:56 p.m. Tuesday.
Marvin Mendez, 35, of Bulfinch Street, was arrested on the charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon at 12:18 a.m. Tuesday.

Disturbance
Caller reported at 11:57 a.m. on Monday at Waybright Elementary School at 25 Talbot St. that dirt bikes were ripping up the field. Dispatched officers spoke to two males who were sent on their way. No damage to the field was reported.
DPW Complaint
Caller reported at 2:46 a.m. on Tuesday that a tree branch is in the road on Fairmount Avenue causing a hazard. DPW was notified, and the branch was moved.
Larceny
Loss prevention at Dick’s Sporting Goods reported at 3:51 p.m. that a male walked out of the store with clothing. Officer dispatched to take a report.
Motor Vehicles
Caller reported at 6:34 a.m. on Monday at Lowes at 1500 Broadway that they were involved in a motor vehicle accident, and they believed the other party could be injured. No need for ambulance dispatch.

Employee reported male in a wheelchair yelling at people and refusing to leave; at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday at Vinnin Liquors on Paradise Road. manager reported same party from Whole Foods earlier in a wheelchair in the parking lot of Vinnin Liquors, odd behavior, and urinated on a vehicle. Reports taken.
