Lashana Rosemary Ricketts, 23, of Foster Street, was arrested on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday on Foster Street. A caller reported an unwanted guest at her residence at 9:51 p.m. The officer reported the roommates agreed to remain civil and documented the incident. The caller reported at 10:35 p.m. that she had been assaulted by the unwanted guest.

A request for medical aid at 5:41 a.m. Wednesday on Elliot Place for difficulty breathing. The patient was transported to Beverly Hospital.
