LYNN — Lynn Community Health Center (LCHC) announced the appointment of two new officers, Tracey Albertson and Veronique Maston.
Albertson will be the Chief People Officer, while Maston will be the Chief Consumer Officer. LCHC stated that both new hires will bring a wealth of expertise to their roles and play a critical part in shaping the future of the organization as it evolves.
Albertson was previously Staff Vice President of Human Resources at Elevance Health, leading 10,000 associates across 26 states. “Tracey’s leadership in building high-performing teams and creating inclusive, empowering environments makes her uniquely qualified to support LCHC’s continued growth and to ensure it remains an employer of choice in the healthcare industry,” LCHC said.
Albertson will be focused on finding strategies that strengthen workforce engagement, professional development, and organizational culture to ensure LCHC can deliver high-quality care.
“I’m excited to be joining LCHC and working alongside a dedicated team to build a workplace where staff can thrive and feel supported in their roles,” Albertson said. “By investing in our people, we can ensure they are well equipped to provide exceptional care to those who need it most.”
Maston will be the first Chief Consumer Officer of LCHC, “bringing more than a decade of experience in healthcare transformation and patient experience,” according to the organization.
Maston was most recently a part of the leadership team at Texas Health Resources, where she drove patient experience initiatives, quality improvements, and organizational change.
LCHC said that her role will be focused on improving the overall patient experience and ensuring that every patient receives high-quality, compassionate care from start to finish.
“I’m honored to join Lynn Community Health Center at such a pivotal time in its journey,” Maston said. “I look forward to working closely with the team to deliver a patient experience that is not only excellent but also tailored to the unique needs of the communities we serve.”
