LYNN

Arrest

Axel Zacarias Guzman, 32, of Western Avenue, was arrested at 12:40 a.m. Thursday for a charge of a default warrant. Guzman was issued warrants for an unregistered motor vehicle, three counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, a number plate violation, alcohol from an open container, no inspection/sticker, a miscellaneous equipment violation, a marked lanes violation, and refusing to identity self.

Reports of alarms at 12:40 a.m. on Thursday on Western Avenue, 1:59 a.m. on Essex Street, 3:37 a.m. at the Taco Bell on Boston Street, 4:11 a.m. at the Tracy School on Walnut Street, 5:25 a.m. on Lynnfield Street, 8:21 a.m. on Ford Street, 10:19 a.m. on Lynn Shore Drive, 8:57 p.m. for a fire on Union Street, and 11:53 p.m. on Joyce Street. 

Assault and Battery 

A report of Assault and Battery at 4:20 p.m. Thursday on Livingston Street. 

Cons/Scams

Reports of cons/scam at 6:46 am Thursday on Canal Street and 2:27 p.m. on Washington Street.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 10:37 a.m. Thursday on Broadway Street, 12:52 p.m. on Bay View Avenue, 1:09 p.m. on Andrew Street, and 9:34 p.m. on Chadwell Court. 

Gunshots

Reports of gunshots at 4:10 p.m. Thursday on Jackson Street and 8:54 p.m. at the MBTA parking garage on Market Street. 

Hazardous Condition

A report of a hazardous condition at 5:59 p.m. Thursday on Stiles Street. 

Larceny

A report of Larceny at 12:09 p.m. Thursday at the Walmart on the Lynnway.

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 6:31 a.m. Thursday on Parkland Avenue, 7 a.m. on Forest Hill Avenue, 7:19 a.m. at a parking lot on Boston Street, 7:25 a.m. on Forest Hill Avenue, 7:35 a.m. on Goodridge Street and Tracy Avenue, 8:19 a.m. on Holyoke Street, 8:34 a.m. at the Richdales on Walnut Street, 9:29 a.m. at the Market Basket on Federal Street, and 3:04 p.m. on Lynnfield Street.

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 2:26 a.m. Thursday on Chestnut Street, 2:27 a.m. on Liberty Street & Washington Street, 8:30 a.m. on Boston Street and Franklin Street, 10:06 a.m. on Chestnut Street, 3:20 p.m. on Lynnfield Street, 4:59 p.m. on Wyoma Square, and 8:50 p.m. on Empire Street and Upham Road. 

Noise 

Reports of noise at 12:18 a.m. Thursday on Willow Street, 5:40 p.m. on Marine Boulevard, 5:35 p.m. on Carolyn Road, and 9:37 p.m. on Mansfield Place. 

Shoplifting 

Reports of shoplifting at 8:36 a.m. Thursday at Healthy Pets on Commercial Street and 2:17 p.m. on Federal Street.

Trespassing 

Reports of trespassing at 2:04 a.m. Thursday at the Osmund Hotel on Liberty Street, 9:31 a.m. on South Common Street, 10:23 a.m. on Essex Street, 10:41 a.m. on Essex Street, 7:23 p.m. on South Common Street, 9:09 p.m. on Essex Street, and 10:19 p.m. on Broad Street. 

SAUGUS

Alarm

A report of a burglar alarm at 12:36 a.m. Thursday at Stop & Shop on Main Street. Building appears to be secure.

Break & Entry/Burglary

A report of a break & entry/burglary at 6:10 p.m. Thursday on Waterwheel Lane. Caller reported he believed someone had gotten into the third-floor unit, and it should be empty. Investigated, nothing found.  

Disturbances

A report of a disturbance at 11:11 a.m. Thursday at Hooters on Broadway. Caller reported two people standing in the median. Services rendered; a report at 11:42 a.m. on Cliff Street. Caller reported that an Amazon delivery driver stole her two dogs. The driver was in the area but did not steal the dogs. The dogs were missing at the time but have been reunited with their owner. Services rendered. 

Hazardous Road Condition

A report of a hazardous road condition at 7:19 a.m. Thursday on King Street. Two callers reported the area being icy. DPW notified. 

Larceny

A report of larceny at 7:05 p.m. Thursday on Reynolds Drive. Report taken. 

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 4:04 a.m. Thursday on the Salem Turnpike. Caller reported a two-car accident with no injuries. Report taken; a report at 1 p.m. on Essex Street. Caller reported a minor accident with no injuries. Report taken; a report at 4:29 p.m. on the Salem Turnpike. Caller reported he was involved in an accident, and the cars were stuck together. Report taken. 

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 2:45 p.m. Thursday at Stop & Shop on Main Street. Verbal warning; a report at 4:31 p.m. on Essex Street at Holden Avenue. Citation warning; a report at 6:02 p.m. on Winter Street. Citation warning; a report at 6:43 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue. Citation issued; a report at 8:26 p.m. at Walgreens on Walnut Street. Verbal warning; a report at 8:49 p.m. on Fairmount Avenue. Citation issued.   

Road Rage

A report of road rage at 4:53 p.m. Thursday at the Saugus Senior Center on Central Street. Caller reported she was involved in a road rage incident that occurred on Lincoln Avenue near the Revere line. Investigated, nothing found. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 11:09 a.m. Thursday on Kennedy Drive. Caller reported his wife stole his Green Card and money from their shared safe. Report taken.

Reports of area checks at 11:00 a.m. Thursday on Atlantic Avenue, 11:48 a.m. on Paradise Road, 4:56 p.m. on Paradise Road, 6:14 p.m. on Atlantic Avenue, and 6:34 p.m. on Burrill Street.

A report of larceny at 1:14 p.m. Thursday on Humphrey Street.

Motor Vehicles

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 5:05 p.m. Thursday on Paradise Road.
