Joshua Miles, 27, of Central Street, (Saugus), was arrested at 4 p.m. Tuesday for a charge of trespassing. Miles was issued warrant charges of shoplifting by asportation, shoplifting by concealing, receiving stolen property and two warrant charges of nighttime breaking and entering.
Marty Ward, 54, of Willow Street was arrested at 2:37 p.m. Tuesday for two charges of drug possession.

A report of vandalism at 3:38 p.m. Tuesday on Central Street at Winter Street. Caller reported two juveniles riding e-bikes in the roadway and throwing things at vehicles. The juveniles were not throwing anything, but officers warned them about the rules of e-bike usage on the roadway. Investigated.
