To the editor:
I don’t understand why the Lynn roads are so poorly plowed. Everyone is warned to move cars off the streets. If they don’t, they should be towed so that our streets can look like Peabody and Swampscott, on either side of Lynn. Their streets are down to the pavement and out to the curbs. What is wrong in Lynn?
