“The Today Show”, known for its news, business, and heartwarming segments, recently featured a familiar face.
Swampscott resident Eleanor Sullivan was honored this morning on “The Today Show” during Smucker’s Centennial segment.
Sullivan, a retired teacher of 30 years, is celebrating her 100th birthday, surrounded by a big family in Swampscott.
Can you think of a better way to celebrate your 100th birthday than on a show that gets over 2 million viewers?
According to the show’s submission requirements, the segment recognizes viewers turning age 100 or older, or couples who have been together for over 75 years. For the chance to get featured on national television, viewers can fill out the submission form on The Today Show website.
Happy birthday, Eleanor, from Rockefeller Center to Swampscott.
