Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 7:27 a.m. Monday at the Dunkin Donuts on Boston Street, 8:29 a.m. on Chestnut Street, 1:26 p.m. on Bennett Street, 1:26 p.m. on Bennett Street, 2:31 p.m. on High Street, 3:47 p.m. on Nichols Avenue and Western Avenue, 4:22 p.m. on Hamilton Avenue, 7:52 p.m. on Blossom Street and Neptune Boulevard, 9:01 p.m. on Ashland Street, and 9:02 p.m. on Ashland Street.

Noise

Reports of noise at 12:23 a.m. Monday on Franklin Street and 9:26 p.m. on Essex Street. 

Shoplifting

Reports of shoplifting at 12:26 p.m. Monday at the CVS Pharmacy on South Common Street, 1:53 p.m. at the Walmart on the Lynnway, and 7:14 p.m. at the Dollar Tree on Boston Street. 

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 1:24 a.m. Monday at the Sisson Elementary School on Conomo Avenue, 12:31 p.m. on Locust Street, 1:59 p.m. on Gateway Lane, and 11:46 p.m. at El Malecon Bar and Restaurant on Union Street. 

Trespassing 

Reports of trespassing at 3:37 a.m. Monday on Lewis Street, 11:06 a.m. on Friend Street, 7:34 p.m. on Willow Street, and 11 p.m. at Walmart on the Lynnway.

 

NAHANT

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle stops at 12:45 a.m. Monday on Furbrush Road and Willows Road, 3:34 a.m. on Nahant Road and Castle Road, 6:50 a.m. on Nahant Road, 7:28 p.m. at the DCR Bath House on the Causeway, and 5:29 p.m. on Nahant Road and Little Nahant Road.

Phone 

Reports of phone calls at 1:29 p.m. Monday from Mill Terrace where a resident had a parking complaint, 1:45 p.m. from Irving Way where a resident complained about neighbors harassing her over parking, 2:53 p.m. from Forty Steps Beach where a resident complained of someone trespassing, 8:05 p.m. from Central Street where a resident reported that she was a victim of a scam involving her iPad, and 8:08 p.m. from Bass Point Road and Spinney Road where a resident called in that their neighbors dog was barking outside and that no one is home.

 

PEABODY

Arrests

Jeizel Cabrera, 20, of Lynde Street (Melrose), was arrested at 1:14 p.m. Monday for charges of failure to wear a seatbelt, receiving a stolen motor vehicle, first offense of using an electronic device while operating a motor vehicle, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Glenn E. Roderick, 55, of Bartholomew Terrace, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. Monday for a charge of another department’s warrant.

Edgar Rodriguez, 58, of Dow Street (Salem), was arrested at 7:04 p.m. Monday for charges of conspiracy to violate drug law felony and two subsequent offenses of Class B drug distribution.

Romello Robert Matthews, 29, of Clifford Street (Roxbury), was arrested at 7:04 p.m. Monday for charges of conspiracy to violate drug law felony, Class B drug distribution, and trafficking 36 grams or more but less than 100 grams of cocaine.

Kayser J. Herrera, 29, of Crowninshield Street, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. Monday for a charge of a courtesy booking for another department.

A report of a burglar alarm at 6:51 a.m. Monday on Andover Street and Buttonwood Lane.

A report of a fire alarm at 5:40 p.m. Monday at Thorndike Gardens on Brooksby Village Drive.

Disturbance

A report of a disturbance at 11 p.m. Monday at Mobile Estates on Newbury Street.

Drug Violations

A report of drug violations at 7:04 p.m. Monday on Mill Street.

A report of a motor vehicle parking complaint at 2:20 p.m. Monday at Ahepa Penelope No. 120 on Central Street.
