MARBLEHEAD — Marblehead was well-represented in the U.S. Open Pickleball Tournament, held in Naples, Fla. Six residents competed across a range of age groups and skill levels.

Among standouts was Jahna Gregory, who competed in women’s singles and took home a bronze medal. In men’s singles, Paul Pruett won a silver medal, while Gilly Sudyam also earned recognition.

“Their success highlights the growing strength, camaraderie, and enthusiasm of the Marblehead pickleball community on a national stage,” said Lisa Spinale, of the Marblehead Pickleball League. “This sport has built an extraordinary relationship in Marblehead, as we are fortunate to have over 12 municipal courts.”
