LYNN — United Lynn Pride is proud to announce its official schedule of events for Pride Month 2026. This year’s programming celebrates the rich history, resilience, and vibrant creativity of Lynn’s LGBTQ+ community through a series of inclusive gatherings, educational experiences, and artistic showcases.
From historic walking tours to the annual City Hall flag raising, United Lynn Pride invites all residents and allies to come together to honor the past and celebrate the future of equality on the North Shore.

2026 Pride Month Event Schedule
Pride Paint Nite
- Date: Wednesday, June 10, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. — 9:00 p.m.
- Location: The Galleries At Lynn Arts (GALA), 25 Exchange St., Lynn, MA
- Details: Enjoy an evening of creativity with professional guidance. No art experience is required — just a desire to have fun. Registration is required. To express early interest, email [email protected].
“Queer Heroes” Author Reading & Film Screening:
- Date: Wednesday, June 17, from 5:30 p.m. — 7:30 p.m.
- Location: EmVision Studios, 131 Essex St., Lynn, MA
- Details: Author Jim Moser will read from his new book, “Queer Heroes of the North Shore: Four Centuries of Love, Rebellion and Survival,” followed by his documentary on a century of LGBTQ+ history in Lynn, “Finding Refuge, Demanding Equality.” This event is funded in part by a grant from the Lynn Cultural Council, a local agency supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
Pride Flag Raising
- Date: Tuesday, June 23, from 6:30 p.m. — 7:30 p.m.
- Location: Lynn City Hall, 3 City Hall Square, Lynn
- Details: An annual tradition since 2010, the City of Lynn will once again raise the Pride flag to affirm its commitment to all LGBTQ+ residents. The event features guest speakers and community performances, including a drag performance by Mizery and music by DJ Amador.
Community Potluck Meal
- Date: Tuesday, June 23, 7:30 p.m. — 8:30 p.m.
- Location: St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 74 South Common St., Lynn
- Details: Following the flag raising, join neighbors for a potluck dinner to build connections. Please bring a dish to share or just show up. Contact Billy Mulcahy Moser at (781) 596-2241 to coordinate.
Walking Tour of LGBTQ+ Downtown Lynn
- Date: Wednesday, June 24, 5:30 p.m. — 6:30 p.m.
- Location: Tour begins at Lucille’s Wine Shop, 776 Washington St., Lynn, MA
- Details: Explore the history of nineteen LGBTQ+ bars that operated in Lynn between 1937 and 2016. Get ready to discover hidden gems, hear fascinating stories, and celebrate the resilience and creativity of the LGBTQ+ community in Lynn.
LGBTQ+ Artist Showcase Opening
- Date: Friday, June 26, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. — 9:00 p.m.
- Location: The Lynn Museum, 590 Washington St., Lynn, MA
- Details: An exhibition featuring works by LGBTQ+ artists from Lynn, across Massachusetts, and around the globe. Open call for art is available now.
Pride Interfaith Service
- Date: Sunday, June 28, at 2:30 p.m.
- Location: Tabernacle Congregational Church, 50 Washington St., Salem
- Details: A multi-faith celebration rooted in the theme “How Good It Is To Be Together,” featuring Jewish, Christian, Buddhist, and Unitarian Universalist traditions.
Rainbows on the River
- Date: TBD
- Location: Lynn Harbor, 398 Blossom Street Exd, Lynn
- Details: Join United Lynn Pride and Kayak & Sail Lynn for a sunset paddle in support of the local LGBTQ+ community.
