Ezequiel De Leon De Leon, 37, of Spruce Street, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. Monday for charges of assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, intimidation or harassment of justice system participants, carrying a firearm without a license, and the attempt to commit a crime. 

Samuel Grady, 33, of Newbury Street (Danvers), was arrested at 7:26 p.m. Monday for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Soyver Lopez-Lopez, 33, of Bulfinch Street, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. Monday for charges of operating under the influence of alcohol, operating a vehicle on a suspended license, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. 

Josue Minchez Fuentes, 23, of West Green Street, was arrested at 11:43 a.m. Monday for charges of operating a motor vehicle on a suspended license, failing to stop and yield at a traffic sign, failing to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a name or address change, and a warrant charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. 

Ann Murphy, 49, was arrested at 1:59 p.m. Monday for warrant charges of Class B drug possession and trespassing. 

Gerson Pimentel, of Williams Avenue, was arrested at 9:48 a.m. Monday for warrant charges of drug possession with intent to distribute, no inspection sticker on their vehicle, miscellaneous municipal ordinance, paying for sexual conduct, and Class B drug possession. 

Lessin Rodriguez, 22, of Spruce Street, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. Monday for charges of assault, disorderly conduct, and attempt to commit a crime. 

Hugo Salvador De Leon, 37, of Spruce Street, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. Monday for charges of assault, disorderly conduct, and the attempt to commit a crime.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 2:22 p.m. Monday on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported a minor accident. Report taken; a report at 3:02 p.m. on the Salem Turnpike. Caller reported that he had been involved in an accident. He said that he was not injured, but his airbags were deployed. Removed to hospital; a report at 5:03 p.m. on Broadway.
