An officer was sent to the location and removed the bucket; a report at 8:54 p.m. on Sea View Avenue and Bass Point Road. The caller reported that she heard a loud alarm sounding off in the area. When officers were dispatched they identified the alarm coming from a vehicle that had an electrical issue due to the recent rainstorm.

Water Incident
A report of a water incident at 1:36 p.m. Tuesday at the Doggie Beach on Nahant Road and Little Nahant Road. The caller walked into the station and reported that she believed a kite surfer was having a hard time getting back on his board. An officer was dispatched and confirmed that the surfer was fine and walking to the shoreline.
