Not one, but two Lynn basketball teams were victorious Thursday.
In Greater Boston League action, the Lynn Classical boys (17-3) defeated visiting Everett 47-41. Wrapping up a tremendous regular season, Shy Babb scored 25 points to go with 16 rebounds and five blocks.
Lynn Tech (13-7) followed with a 79-55 home win against Northeast Metro in the opening round of the vocational tournament. Travis Sanchez (23 points, 4 steals), Ulices Diaz (17 points, 11 rebounds), and Giovanni Jean (11 points, 7 rebounds, 5 assists) led the Tigers.

In its regular season finale, visiting St. Mary’s (17-3-2) received goals from Anabelle Collins, Alyssa Norden (2), and Emma Doucette.

Bishop Fenwick 1
Marblehead (5-13-2) jumped on top after a Cassie Aceto goal, but Fenwick’s (7-11-2) Reese Robillard tied the game during the second period. Both defenses held strong from there.
