Hazardous Conditions

Reports of hazardous conditions at 5:32 p.m. on Walnut Street and 12:55 p.m. at the Speedway Gas Station on Liberty Street.  

Larceny

Reports of larceny at 6:56 a.m. Tuesday on Broad Street, 4:55 p.m. on Lovett Place, and 6:41 p.m. on Essex Street. 

Motor Vehicle 

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 7:44 a.m. Tuesday at the Santander Bank on Market Square, 1:30 p.m. on Boston Street, 4:12 p.m. on Curwin Circle, 6:44 p.m. on Chestnut, 8:43 p.m. on Rockingham Street and Western Avenue, 9:45 p.m. on Eastern Avenue, and 10:32 p.m. on Essex Street and Mount Pleasant Street. 

Noise

Reports of noise at 1:55 p.m. Tuesday on Franklin Street and 9:01 p.m. on Clark Street.

Shoplifting

Reports of shoplifting at 11:25 a.m. Tuesday on Western Avenue, 1:21 p.m. at the Walmart on the Lynnway, and 1:22 p.m. at the Walmart on the Lynnway. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 4:48 a.m. Tuesday on Warren Place. 

Trespass 

Reports of trespassing at 12:07 a.m. Tuesday on Liberty Square, 9:06 a.m. on Green Street, and 11:52 p.m. on Liberty Street. 

PEABODY

Arrests

Joseph M. Freda, 40, of Peachey Circle (Middleton), was arrested at 12:58 p.m. Tuesday at Bank of America on Andover Street for a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs.

Rosibel Castro De Reyes, 41, of Hamilton Avenue (Lynn), was arrested at 2:17 p.m. Tuesday for charges of marked lanes violations, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and a second offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.

Cameron Shayne Loizides, 25, of Longview Way, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. Tuesday for a charge of a Peabody Police Department warrant.

Reports of burglar alarms at 12:05 a.m. Tuesday on Whitney Drive, 2:54 a.m. at Sylvan Street Grille on Sylvan Street, 6 a.m. at Northshore MRI on Centennial Drive, and 11:42 a.m. on Oak Avenue.

A report of down wires at 4:51 p.m. Tuesday on Raylen Avenue.
