Arrests

Shannon Smith, 49, of Willow Street, was arrested at 5:56 p.m. Thursday for charges of trespassing and possession of a Class B drug. 

Wendy Owie, 64, of Warren Street, was arrested at 5:59 p.m. Thursday for a charge of trespassing. 

John Murphy, 51, of Lynnway, was arrested at 6:04 p.m. Thursday for charges of trespassing and possession of a knife ordinance violation. 

Joseph Russel, 30, of Willow Street, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. Thursday for a charge of trespassing. 

Suleika Almonte, 34, of Willow Street, was arrested at 6:21 p.m. Thursday for a charge of trespassing. Almonte was issued warrants for two counts of assault and battery and defacing property.

Nicholas Balboni, 44, of Lake Avenue, was arrested at 6:58 p.m. Thursday for a charge of a strait warrant. Balboni was issued a warrant for failure to attend jury duty.

Ysmael Soler, 47, of Wellington Street in Worcester, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. Thursday for a charge of trespassing. 

Ronald Boire, 57, of Washington Street, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. for a charge of trespassing. 

Omar Culbreath, 43, of Nike Village in Topsfield, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. Thursday for charges of trespassing and possession of a Class B drug. 

Diana Sosa, 30, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. Thursday for a charge of trespassing. 

James Legault, 37, of Chestnut Street, was arrested at 10:06 p.m. Thursday for a charge of trespassing 

Herman Freeman, 42, of Hyde Park Avenue in Boston, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. Thursday for a charge of an open container of alcohol ordinance violation.

Reports of alarms at 12:17 a.m. Thursday at Kettle Cuisine Inc. on the Lynnway, 5:52 a.m. at Lynn Tech on Neptune Boulevard, 5:55 a.m. at Fecteau Leary Middle School on North Common Street, and 11:45 p.m. at Sunshin Laundrey on Joyce Street. 

Reports of fire alarms at 4:03 a.m. Thursday on Essex Street and 8:58 p.m. on Washington Street.

Con/Scam

A report of a con/scam at 3:03 p.m. Thursday on Reservoir Road. 

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 1 a.m. Thursday on Liberty Street, 1:03 a.m. on Essex Street, 6:15 a.m. on Western Avenue, 7:21 a.m. on Flint Street, 6:48 p.m. on High Street, and 7:25 p.m. at Pricerite of Lynn on the Lynnway. 

Fight

A report of a fight at 6:15 a.m. Thursday on Western Avenue.

Arrests

Diegoelia E. Pacheco, 56, of Dalton Court, was arrested at 1:24 p.m. Thursday for charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct. 

Robert Jay Mills, 41, of Maple Street in Lynn, was arrested at 7:37 p.m. Thursday for charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, no inspection/sticker, and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. 

Alarm

A report of a burglar alarm at 2:25 a.m. Thursday at the Salem Country Club on Forest Street. Services rendered; a report at 1:49 p.m. at Oasis Shower Doors on Newbury Street. Services rendered.  

Animal Control

A report of a missing person at 10:23 a.m. Thursday at Tannery Two on Crowninshield Street. Investigated. 

Motor Vehicle

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 7:47 a.m. Thursday at the Peabody School Administration building on Lowell Street. It was an accident with airbag deployment. Investigated; a report at 8:07 a.m. on Centennial Drive. It was an accident with possible injuries. Transported to hospital; a report at 8:30 a.m. at the Marriott Hotel on Centennial Drive. Investigated; a report at 2:20 p.m. on Lynn Street at County Street. Investigated; a report at 2:57 p.m. at McDonald’s Restaurant on Main Street. Caller requested a Spanish speaker. Investigated; a report at 4:33 p.m. on Anover Street. There were no injuries. Services rendered; a report at 4:49 p.m. on Adnover Street. An officer witnessed a hit-and-run accident involving a large pickup truck. Investigated.

A report of a motor vehicle stop at 10:40 a.m. Thursday on Jubilee Drive at Dearborn Road. Citation warning; a report at 12:12 p.m. on Oakland Street at Davis Terrace. Services rendered; a report at 1:13 p.m. on Lowell Street at Jennifer Lane. Citation warning; a report at 5:54 p.m. on Washington Street. Citation warning; a report at 9:55 p.m. at R.C. Mason Movers on Newbury Street. Verbal warning; a report at 10:14 p.m. at C&C Lobster on Lynn Street. Verbal warning.   

A report of a suspicious motor vehicle at 2:15 a.m. Thursday on Keys Drive. The motor vehicle owner was waiting for a jumpstart. Services rendered; a report at 6:12 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church on Lynn Street. A white van was parked in the corner of the lot for an extended time. Services rendered. 

Road Rage Incident

A report of a road rage incident at 3:40 p.m. Thursday on Tremont Street. Peace restored; a report at 5:12 p.m. on Walnut Street. Caller reported that a man came up to his window and threatened to kill him. No weapons were brandished. Investigated. 

Suspicious Activity

A report of suspicious activity at 7:34 p.m. Thursday at the Peabody House on Walnut Street. Caller reported an unknown male was in the common area asking residents for money. Services rendered. 

Threats 

A report of a threat at 10:59 a.m. Thursday at the police department on Allens Lane. Investigated. 

Traffic Hazard

A report of a traffic hazard at 10:34 a.m. Thursday on Andover Street at Route 128 South. A truck was possibly traveling westbound in the eastbound lane. Could not locate/gone on arrival.

A report of trespassing at 1:24 p.m. Thursday at the Peabody Library on Main Street. Arrest made

A report of a disturbance at 8:09 p.m. Thursday at Walmart on Broadway. Caller reported a male with a beard wearing a blue long-sleeved shirt was telling at a parked car in the garage. Peace restored.

A report of a motor vehicle accident at 3:40 p.m. Thursday at Eastern Bank on Lincoln Avenue. Caller reported an accident with no injuries. Report taken.
