I am writing in strong support of Zosia VanMeter for the position of state representative for the 9th Essex District.
I have known Zosia for more than 25 years, dating back to when she attended high school with my son. Over the years, I have continually been impressed by her intelligence, determination, and generosity. She has always been someone who approaches challenges thoughtfully and works hard to find practical, meaningful solutions. As a parent, I am grateful that my son had, and continues to have, a friend like Zosia in his life.
Zosia makes me proud to be from Lynn because of the way she represents our community. She genuinely cares about the people of Lynn. She listens carefully, follows through on her commitments, and leads with both compassion and integrity. She is the kind of leader our communities and our world need more of today.
What stands out to me about Zosia is that she truly “walks the walk.” She is consistently involved in community events and engaged in issues that matter to the people she hopes to represent. Her commitment to public service is authentic and shows in the time and energy she devotes to others.
I also admire Zosia’s commitment to running a clean and thoughtful campaign. Rather than relying heavily on yard signs, she has chosen to focus on meaningful community involvement. I feel this reflects her values and demonstrates that her priority is building real connections and making a genuine difference in the community.
Zosia’s intelligence, work ethic, and sincere dedication to others make her exceptionally well qualified to serve as State Representative for the 9th Essex District. I am confident she will lead with integrity, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility to the people she represents.
