A report of an alarm at 1:48 a.m. Saturday on Paradise Road. Serviced; a report at 8:35 a.m. on Atlantic Avenue. False alarm; a report at 9:12 a.m. on Palmer Road. False alarm; a report at 2:16 p.m. on Greenwood Avenue. There was a fire alarm with smoke coming from a hot water heater. Dispatch advised the caller to evacuate. It sounded like an internal electric problem that caused an odor of smoke, and was only affecting one unit. The Lynn Fire Department came to assist as well. Serviced.

An animal report at 9:28 a.m. Saturday on Norfolk Avenue. The reporter stated that there was a dog in a jeep and was concerned due to the temperature. Officers checked vehicles and did not find pets in any of them. Unfounded.

A previous caller from a noise complaint said that approximately 80 people were outside with extremely loud music, smoking marijuana, and appeared to be drunk. Music and noise could be heard in the background of the call. Officers directed the music to be turned down, and the group moved back to the property and off the sidewalk.
