LYNN — The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts (HCA-MA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jo-Mary Koopman, MBA, RN, as president of its Board of Directors. The Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts is a statewide trade association representing more than 200 home health, hospice, and community-based care providers. The Alliance advocates for high-quality care delivered in the home and supports its members through education, leadership, and policy initiatives.
Koopman serves as president and chief executive officer of Health Management Services, the parent organization of All Care VNA, All Care Hospice, and All Care Resources, headquartered in Lynn. With more than 30 years of leadership experience in home health, hospice, palliative care, and community-based health care, she brings extensive expertise in health care finance, operations, strategic growth, and advocacy.
An active member of HCA-MA’s Executive Board since 2022, Koopman served as the vice president of its board from 2024 to 2026 and has also served on the association’s Advocacy and Hospice Committees. In her new role, she will help guide the organization’s efforts to strengthen home-based health care services and advocate for policies that support patients, providers, and communities throughout Massachusetts.
“It is an honor to serve as president of the Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts,” said Koopman. “I look forward to working with our members and partners to advance access to high-quality home health, hospice services, and private care across the Commonwealth, and advocating for sufficient reimbursement from insurers.”
Under Koopman’s leadership, Health Management Services has achieved significant growth, enhanced quality outcomes, and expanded access to care through innovative programs, strategic partnerships, and territory growth. Today, All Care serves more than 90 communities throughout Massachusetts. Her appointment reflects a longstanding commitment to advancing home-based care and supporting the health care needs of Massachusetts residents.
