The Ladies Innerclub at Lynn’s Gannon Municipal Golf Course held its annual Miss Liberty tournament, which featured a Best Ball format. Winning the team event were Maureen Bakis, Linda Eaton, Susan Vaters, and Patty Hale with a low net score of 90. Hale won the individual Miss Liberty honor (69). Second place in the team event belonged to Alana Pedersen, Diane Donahue, Lorraine Gately, and Jean Cronin (91), followed by Nancy Patten, Denise O’Connor, Connie Peterson, and Marilyn Bonneau (93).
