LYNN

Arrests

Lacey Brown, 40, of Liberty Street, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Brown was also arrested on a warrant for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.  

Franklin Evangelista Perez, 47, of Warren Street, was arrested at 11:59 a.m. Tuesday on a straight warrant. Perez had two warrants for trespassing and drug possession to distribute. 

Antonio Graham, 18, of Johnson Street, was arrested at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday for two counts of assault and battery on a police officer. 

Tania Martin Chilel, 20, of Laighton Terrance, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday for three counts of shoplifting by asportation.  

Alarms 

Reports of alarms at 12:53 a.m. Tuesday on Woodland North, 4:44 a.m. on Commercial Street, 8:49 a.m. on Essex Street, 3:29 p.m. on Commercial Street, 5:54 p.m. on Liberty Square, and 11:07 p.m. on Austin Square. 

Disturbances

A report of disturbances at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday on Western Avenue. 

Motor Vehicle 

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 6:04 a.m. Tuesday on Western Avenue, 11:01 a.m. on Eastern Avenue and Superior Street, 12:26 p.m. on Western Avenue, 1:15 p.m. on Broadway and Richardson Road, 2:24 p.m. on Eastern Avenue, and 6:40 p.m. on Casco and York Road. 

Noise

A report of noise at 11:14 p.m. Tuesday on Newcastle Street.

Suspicious Activity

Reports of suspicious activity at 12:51 a.m. Tuesday on New Park Street, 7:42 a.m. on Acorn and High Rock Street, 1:21 p.m. on Bellevue Road, 4:13 p.m. on Lincoln Street, 6:49 p.m. at the Walgreens on Joyce Street, and 7:22 p.m. on Sanderson Avenue. 

Trespassing 

Reports of trespassing at 7:27 a.m. Tuesday on Willow Street, 11:39 a.m. on High Street, 2:15 p.m. at the Hour Glass Cleaners on State Street, 7:24 p.m. on Central Avenue, 8:19 p.m. at the Mcdonald’s on Boston Street, and 11:46 p.m. on Shepard Street. 

 

NAHANT

Complaint 

A report of a complaint at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday on Pond Street. A resident called to report an unknown male party wearing a reflective jacket, who appeared to look like a delivery person. The unknown male took two towels from her porch and left. The resident has a video. Dispatched the officer to residence, to ensure it is secure. The officer reported the mother and dog out back, and will check in with the resident tomorrow. The towels appear to be there, just moved.

Disturbance 

A report of a disturbance at 10:09 a.m. Tuesday on Sea Breeze Lane. Both residents called in at the same time reporting that they are having a dispute. An officer mediated the situation and the misunderstanding.

Alarms

Reports of burglar alarms at 8:08 a.m. Tuesday on John Road, 6:14 p.m. at 3rd Iglesias De Jesucristo El Buen Samaritano on Lynn Street, and 9:03 p.m. on Central Street.

Disturbances

Reports of disturbances at 1:27 a.m. Tuesday at Preserve North on Warren Street and 5:04 p.m. at Care One At Peabody Glen on Andover Street.

Down Wires

A report of down wires at 10:26 a.m. Tuesday on Lake Street.

Fire

A report of a fire at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday on Lone Pine Lane. Services rendered.

Motor Vehicles

Reports of motor vehicle accidents at 8:02 a.m. Tuesday on Route 128 North Exit 41, 8:58 a.m. at Fairweather Apartments on Central Street, 10:23 a.m. at Speedway on Lowell Street, 11:43 a.m. at Amigo’s Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar on Andover Street, and 2:10 p.m. at Jughandle on Newbury Street.

Reports of disabled motor vehicles at 2:41 p.m. Tuesday at Jughandle on Newbury Street, 4:50 p.m. on the Route 128 North off ramp and Lowell Street, and 6:39 p.m. on Centennial Drive and First Avenue.

A report of a motor vehicle parking complaint at 5:17 p.m. Tuesday on Beacon Boulevard.

Reports of motor vehicle parking enforcement at 12:34 a.m. Tuesday on Harris Street, 1:29 a.m. at Alexan Peabody on Newbury Street, and 3:13 p.m. on Railroad Avenue.
