Britney Trotter Curry, 24, of Hines Street (Attleborough), was arrested at 1:28 a.m. Sunday on warrant charges of number plate violation to conceal identity, operating an unregistered vehicle, two counts of drug possession, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle/trailer, shoplifting by concealing merchandise, breaking and entering in the nighttime, operating with a suspended license, and no inspection sticker.
Bernadino Ogando- Folestal, 49, of Willow Street (homeless), was arrested at 11:57 p.m. Sunday for assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, having an opened alcoholic beverage in a vehicle, and assault and battery.
Diomedes Alvarez Maldonado, 55, of Acorn Street was arrested at 12:52 a.m. Sunday for being under the influence of alcohol, alcohol in an open container, and leaving the scene of property damage.
Luis Ruiz Perez, 33, of Broadway Street was arrested at 8:35 p.m. Sunday for failing to stop for the police, resisting arrest, lights violation, disorderly conduct, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Perez also has warrant charges for three counts of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of number plate violation, failure to wear a seatbelt, two counts of false identification information, carrying a dangerous weapon, and unarmed robbery.

Complaints
Reports of complaints at 10:30 a.m. Sunday at Bailey’s Hill Lot. A resident complained that a used condom was found there; a report at 3:13 p.m., on Nahant Road at the Police Station. A resident stated that he was passed on Nahant Road by a grey motor vehicle. While the resident was still in the lobby, Sgt. Leary radioed that a motor vehicle was heading this way that fit the description. The motor vehicle drove past the station, and the resident stated “There he goes”; a report at 3:43 p.m. on Willow Road. A resident complained that juveniles were throwing golf balls in the area of golfers. No one in the area; a report at 6:25 p.m. on Spring Road. A resident complained of kids in front of her house making a lot of noise. Officer Halley sent and moved them along.

Larceny/Forgery/Fraud
A report of larceny at 12:30 p.m. Sunday on Ocean Street. A resident called in that she believes her ex-husband, who lives in the rear of the same address, took a number of packages that belong to her. The resident states her ex-husband is not responding to phone calls or emails.

Vandalism
A report of vandalism at 8:54 p.m. Sunday on Willow Road. A resident reported that kids built a fort by the second hole in the maintenance area. The fort has been taken down. They also report damage to the door of the maintenance barn. She will have the head greens keeper call in the morning if anything is missing. Officer Holey sent. Officer Holey reports that he sees no visual damage at the time. He will follow tomorrow.
