Boys lacrosse standout Denim Dembro was a man on a mission Tuesday, scoring seven goals and dishing out an assist to lead the Lynn Jets over host Revere 11-9.
Joining Dembro in the goal-scoring department were Julius Serino (2), Derrick Sok, and Finn Dalferro. Tivon Leak, Timmy Soeurn, and John Doyle compiled assists.
The Jets (5-5) climbed back to .500 ahead of Thursday’s road game against Nashoba Valley Tech at 5:45 p.m.

Despite hat tricks from Marblehead’s Reid Wysor, Landon Dosch, and Tyler Forbes, Danvers escaped Piper Field victorious. Forbes also recorded five assists.

Through the efforts of Quinn Kelleher (4 goals, assist), Victoria Pierro (2 goals, 7 assists), Bridget Urbano (3 goals, 2 assists), Lucy Gentry (2 goals), Bridget Maloney (3 goals), Lia Beatrice (goal, 2 assists), Fiona Keaney (goal, assist), Reagan Pelletier (2 goals), and Lilah Caplan (5 saves), the Big Blue improved to 8-2.

Marblehead (5-7, 4-5 Northeastern Conference) ripped 16 goals and clipped the Falcons. Zoe Dwyer (5 goals, 2 assists) and Anna Rausch (3 goals) led the offense, while Molly Bullard made 10 saves. Sophia Goudreau, Hannah Tersolo, Ruth Gasinowski, and Sienna Goldberg found the back of the net for Danvers.

With 14 hits, Lynnfield (7-5) just kept cracking the ball Tuesday. Doing offensive damage were Sam Bird (2 H), Chase McEwen (RBI), Jimmy Pasquale (3 H, 3 RBI, 3-run homer), Dylan Nguyen (2 H, 2 RBI), Mike Hubbard (2 H), Joe Wozniak (RBI), Jared Burke (2 H, 2 RBI), and Oliver Morgan (2 RBI).
“We finally swung the bat,” said Lynnfield coach John O’Brien. “I think this is the best we’ve hit the ball this year. The kids are working hard and the coaches have been putting in a lot of extra effort during BP (batting practice).”
Will Mandile got the start, allowing just four hits and one earned run to go with seven strikeouts.
“He did a nice job today,” O’Brien said.

Pitcher Aysia Olaes delivered a stellar performance, going the distance and allowing no earned runs or walks alongside seven strikeouts. She helped her own cause with an RBI single.
“Aysia was lights out in the circle today, changing speeds and locations,” said Joe Morin, whose Rams improved to 8-3. “We didn’t have our best stuff on the offensive side, but Aysia did an outstanding job in the circle today when we really needed her.”

Despite outhitting Malden 19-16 and a 3-for-4 batting performance from Serena Maiy, English was taken down at Breed Middle School. Yenelis Reyes, Arlette Castillo, Annika Johannson, and Yarielys Patricio collected three hits apiece.
