LTTE: Wayne Spritz will hear you

To The Editor

April 15, 2026 by To The Editor

To the editor:

I am writing today to show my enthusiastic support for Wayne Spritz’s election to the Swampscott Select Board. There are a number of good candidates running for the position, and each candidate brings a vast swath of experience to the table. Why am I supporting Wayne Spritz?

I have known Wayne for over twenty years. We first met when our boys played Little League baseball together. During that time and over the years, we have discussed a number of different things affecting Swampscott. One issue that affects every town resident is trash removal.

Wayne is on the Solid Waste Advisory Committee. I have more than once brought up a few things about trash removal. During these conversations, I have always found Wayne friendly and approachable, and willing to discuss any issue. Wayne will listen when you talk to him, and he will never talk down or disparage you, even if his opinion differs from yours. Everyone deserves to be heard, and Wayne will HEAR you. That is why I am voting for Wayne Spritz for Swampscott Select Board on April 28. Please consider Wayne Spritz on April 28.

Sincerely,

Ken Norton

Swampscott Resident
